Rates

Glenmont accepts payment from all private sources, including insurance plans that cover services rendered at Glenmont. Glenmont participates in the Medicare and Medicaid programs as a federally-certified Religious Nonmedical Health Care Institution.

All patients are initially admitted for a three week stay.  Application for extensions of stay must be made to Glenmont’s Utilization Review Committee.  As determined by the nursing department, CSNC-1, CSNC-2, CSNC-3, or CSPL guests whose care needs change may be moved to a higher or lower care level, with fees adjusted accordingly.

OUTPATIENT NURSING CARE

• $35.00 set up charge (for first visit in 7-day period)
• $45.00 per hour for nursing (Extensive telephone consultations with nursing may also be billed at $45.00 per hour)
• $20.00 minimum charge per day for subsequent visits within a 7-day period
• Additional charge for excess supplies

 

IN PATIENT NURSING CARE

LEVEL 1 - In-patient, single private room. 

Daily flat rate of $324/$334 (shared/private bath). 
This daily flat rate includes:

• All Nursing Services (up to 4.5 hours per day)                                                                
• All Nursing and Personal Care Supplies                                                                                      
• Room and Board (includes 3 meals, 7 days a week; snacks; thermos; housekeeping; laundry and mending; local phone service; one-on-one and group activities program, including church services)

Guests are charged additionally for nursing services over 4.5 hours per day @ $45 per hour (partial hours prorated)

LEVEL 2 - In-patient single private room.

Daily flat rate of $289/$299 (shared/private bath). 
This daily flat rate includes:

• All Nursing Services (up to 4.5 hours per day)                                                                
• All Nursing and Personal Care Supplies                                                                          
• Room and Board (includes 3 meals, 7 days a week; snacks; thermos; housekeeping; laundry and mending; local phone service; one-on-one and group activities program, including church services)

Guests are charged additionally for nursing services over 4.5 hours per day @ $40 per hour (partial hours prorated)

LEVEL 3A - In-patient, single private room.

Daily flat rate of $215/225 (shared/private bath). 
This daily flat rate includes:

• All Nursing Services (up to 3.5 hours per day)                                                                
• All Nursing and Personal Care Supplies  
• Room and Board (includes 3 meals, 7 days a week; snacks; thermos; housekeeping; laundry and mending; local phone service; one-on-one and group activities program, including church services

Guests are charged additionally for nursing services over 4.5 hours per day @ $30 per hour (partial hours prorated)

LEVEL 3B -- In-patient, single private room.

Daily flat rate of $170/180 (shared/private bath). 
This daily flat rate includes:

• All Nursing Services (up to 3.5 hours per day)                                                                
• All Nursing and Personal Care Supplies  
• Room and Board (includes 3 meals, 7 days a week; snacks; thermos; housekeeping; laundry and mending; local phone service; one-on-one and group activities program, including church services

Guests are charged additionally for nursing services over 4.5 hours per day @ $30 per hour (partial hours prorated)

LEVEL 4-- Progressive Living, single private room

Daily flat rate of $59/74 (shared/private bath). 
This daily flat rate includes:

• Basic Nursing Services, including breakfast tray, nursing checks, reminders (up to 1 hour per day)
• Room and Board (includes 3 meals per day; snacks; weekly housekeeping; laundry and mending; phone service (including long distance within continental US); activities program, including on-site church services)

Guests are charged additionally for nursing services and/or assistance with personal care or other activities over 1 hour per day @ $30 per hour (partial hours prorated), and all nursing supplies

- Beautician/Barber Services  - Long Distance Phone Calls 
- Special Purchases 
- Audiology/Other Ancillary Services
- Cable television hook-up is available in each room, if the nursing department feels it is appropriate for the patient to have cable television. A monthly service charge would be billed directly to the patient by the cable company.

GUESTS SUPPORTING A PATIENT

Single, $40 per day, Double, $48 per day
Includes breakfast; mid-day dinner is available for an additional $6.50 and supper is available for an additional $5.75
